At IONOS, we’re building a modern, AI-augmented sales operation - and we’re looking for a hands-on AI Sales Operations Specialist to help bring that vision to life. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Commercial Operations Lead to prototype and implement intelligent, AI-driven systems that improve how our sales team works. You’ll help automate repetitive workflows, build smart internal tools, and experiment with cutting-edge platforms like GPT, Make, Zapier, and LangChain. Your job is to turn friction into flow. You don’t need to be a data scientist - but you should be curious, resourceful, and unafraid to get your hands dirty with real tools.
