Working Student - Digital Services

As a working student in our Digital Services team, you will help shape how our services are delivered globally, creating meaningful experiences for our customers and empowering our Service & Support colleagues globally. Your contributions will support both strategic and operational initiatives, giving you hands-on exposure to impactful work in a dynamic environment. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting research and analysis to support early project phases
• Contributing to initiatives that enhance service excellence
• Assisting the Project Management team with ongoing projects
• Collaborating across teams while also working independently, gaining exposure to diverse business areas

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Management & Technology, Management & Innovation/Digital Technologies, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in technology and innovation
• Availability for at least 6 months at our Munich office
• Solid MS Office skills
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
