What you will do

  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Support and Development to build expertise and explore solution paths
  • Handle customer requests via our Service Desk and provide clear, reliable support
  • Reproduce and analyze issues by setting up test scenarios in our internal environments
  • Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Gain deep insights into hospital workflows, clinical environments, and the user experience with medical devices and supporting technologies

 

  • Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
  • A structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English
  • A mutually-supportive, international team
