Your Contribution
As a Working Student in our Knowledge Operations Team, you actively support the creation and maintenance of content for our DISH Support Knowledge Base as well as Release Notes and Product Updates across 16 countries.You enjoy translating complex topics into clear documentation, tutorials, and videos that help users get the most out of our digital products.
Menu of Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Create and maintain digital content such astutorials, FAQ articles, and training materials.

Act as the first point of contact for topics related to digital support content creation.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Training, and Customer Success to continuously improve digital integration and learning content.

Document technical processes across different digital products.

Support improvements of user journeys within the DISH Support platform.

Help identify and close knowledge gaps across the organization.
Ingredients for Success

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.

Fluent in Italian or French or Spanish and English; German is a plus.
-
First experience in knowledge base maintenance and content creation, ideally in a hospitality or digital environment.

A proactive, structured, and organized way of working.
