Your Responsibilities
If you are well‑organized, proficient in English, and have strong interest in software documentation, then this position is the right fit for you. In our Computerized Systems Validation area, you will support activities that help ensure that our digital systems are compliant, reliable, and fit for use. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting in the creation, review, and organization of validation documentation
- Supporting the tracking and follow‑up of validation tasks and deviations
- Collaborating with Quality Assurance, IT, Laboratory, and System Owners
- Helping maintain documentation according to regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, ISO standards)
This role is ideal for students who enjoy software documentation, have a structured mindset, and want to gain hands‑on experience in a highly regulated environment.
Your profile
- You are a registered student or seek a temporary position offering practical experience
- Field of study: ideally technology-, science-, informatics-, or logic‑related — but not mandatory
- You work reliably and can commit to approx. 20 hours per week during the semester
- You are organized, proactive, and have excellent attention to detail
- You are comfortable communicating in English
- You feel comfortable interacting with colleagues across departments
- You can run Python scripts (no programming skills required)
- You are proactive, motivated, and eager to quickly familiarize yourself with new concepts
- Ideally, you are interested in quality management, compliance, or regulated environments
