To strengthen our People & Culture Unit in the field of Compensation & Analytics, we are looking for a

Working Student Compensation & Analytics (m/f/d)

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany / 20 hours per week / Fixed-term)

Your Responsibilities

• Support in the conception, implementation, maintenance and control of Compensation and Analytics projects in the international context of Trusted Shops

• Providing information and analyses and Creating presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders

• Support in the optimisation of the compensation modules and functions of our HRIS “Workday” (optimisation of processes, testing of innovations)

• Creating external and internal Benchmarks for our Job landscape at Trusted Shops using our Benchmark tool "Mercer Comptryx"

• Participation in market surveys for compensation benchmarks

• Taking on own small projects, especially focusing on AI

• Preparation of communication materials and How To Guides for the People Unit and Trustees

Requirements

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field

• First practical experience in HR is a nice-to-have- ideally within Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics

• Confident handling of Excel; experience with data analysis or BI tools is a plus

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers, data, and structures but also eager to work creatively

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information

• Business fluent English skills; German is a plus
