What you will do
The Workforce Analytics Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards or reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management. This position is responsible for delivering data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with workforce planning and driving business outcomes by using data to influence decisions. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in order to be successful in this position.
What we are looking for
Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an analytical role
Strong experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning
Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting and modeling
Experience with SQL, or similar language preferred
Experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, People Analytics or working with HR/organizational people data systems preferred
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
