Role Overview:
We are seeking a Workflow Specialist to support a major client project, focused on designing, building, and enhancing workflow solutions using low‑code/no‑code platforms. The role involves developing end‑to‑end workflows, configuring forms and front‑end components, and implementing robust role‑based access controls (RBAC). The ideal candidate has strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on experience in workflow automation, user experience, and secure solution configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Design & Development
Design and build workflows using low‑code/no‑code platforms and automation tools.
Translate business processes into structured, optimised, and scalable workflow solutions.
Configure workflow logic, rules, triggers, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
Support iterative development, testing, and refinement based on stakeholder feedback.
Forms & Front‑End Configuration
Create user‑facing forms and UI components that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business needs.
Implement validation rules, conditional logic, and dynamic field behaviour.
Ensure consistency in layout, branding, and user experience across workflow interfaces.
Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) & Security
Define, configure, and maintain RBAC frameworks for workflow applications.
Ensure access aligns with least‑privilege principles and compliance requirements.
Maintain auditability of permissions, changes, and user interactions.
Collaborate with security and governance teams to ensure adherence to standards.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and validate workflow designs.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and walkthroughs.
Produce configuration details, design packs, and operational documentation.
Support UAT, troubleshoot defects, and hand over to BAU teams.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Ensure workflows and forms are reliable, resilient, and easy to maintain.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience designing workflow solutions on low‑code/no‑code platforms.
Strong understanding of workflow logic, process automation, and user experience design.
Hands‑on experience configuring forms, rules, validations, and UI components.
Knowledge of RBAC principles, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate requirements into working solutions.

This is a fixed-term position located in London. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
