In this role, reporting to the Head of People Tech and working closely with both the People Tech and People Analytics teams, you’ll partner with global People teams and business stakeholders to help them get the most out of Workday. You’ll work across multiple Workday modules to ensure we are maximizing their potential and using them effectively to support our people-first approach.

 

What you'll do:

  • Support the configuration and enhancement of Workday’s Core HCM module to help create a seamless and scalable experience for all employees.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, solve challenges, and deliver thoughtful updates through configuration and automation.
  • Provide timely, empathetic support to SumUppers using Workday—ensuring they feel guided and confident when using the platform.
  • Assist in creating clear and user-friendly documentation, guides, and basic training to help others navigate Workday effectively.
  • Build and maintain straightforward reports and dashboards, and support data uploads to keep information accurate and up-to-date.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Practical, hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core (exposure to other modules is a plus).
  • A good understanding of Workday fundamentals such as Staffing, Worker Data, Organizations, Business Processes, Security, and Reporting & Analytics.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and validate data to ensure accuracy.
  • Clear and approachable communication skills—able to explain technical concepts simply, listen actively, and help translate business needs into system solutions.
