Play a critical role in designing and developing Workday reporting solutions while collaborating with HR stakeholders to enhance data analysis capabilities.

What you will do:

  • Support end-users with reporting updates, troubleshooting, and data validation
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by advising on reporting/analytics feasibility, risks, and best practices
  • Assist with the completion of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and participate in data load testing to ensure successful data integration
  • Ability to translate HR business needs to design and develop Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix etc.), dashboards, and analytics for HR 
  • Maintain custom reports and dashboards and documentation for reports and associated processes, ensuring all reports are accurate, efficient, and up-to-date.
  • Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes
  • Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in production
  • Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancements
  • Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to users
  • Build Workday Worksheets for audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them 
  • Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure a shared governance and alignment among all modules
  • Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support
  • Maintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday team
  • Assist in the development of a change process, communication and training, enhance reporting usability
  • Conduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referents
  • Ticket management (bugs, questions, evolutions)

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst specializing in Reporting
  • Workday Expertise: Strong knowledge of Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, data sources, and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes, and Condition rules
  • Workday Reporting certification will be strong advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical users
  • Experience with Workday Docs is a plus
  • Significant experience in designing, developing and deploying Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix etc.)
  • Previous exposure to Talent&Performance and/or Advance Compensation will be a plus but is not mandatory

  • A good understanding of HR processes and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in an international environment
