Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Workday Learning Design and Configuration Specialist to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Learning and related modules within a Financial Services environment. This role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical configurations, implementing business rules, and ensuring secure, high-performing system functionality.

What you will do:

  • Design and configure Workday Learning and related modules, ensuring accurate and scalable system setup
  • Translate business requirements into technical configurations aligned with organizational needs
  • Implement business rules, including creation of condition rules and complex calculated fields
  • Customize Workday functionality to support evolving business processes
  • Develop and maintain standard and custom reports
  • Manage and configure security roles, ensuring alignment with Workday security models
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for integrations and updates
  • Deliver user training and guidance on system functionality and best practices
  • Document system configurations, enhancements, and changes
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring Workday Learning and other Workday modules
  • Strong expertise in implementing business rules, calculated fields, and advanced configurations
  • Solid understanding of Workday security models and role-based access controls
  • Experience developing custom reports within Workday
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience supporting system integrations and troubleshooting issues
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide user training
