Workday HCM Senior Analyst
TLDR
Collaborate on the configuration and enhancement of Workday HCM modules, streamlining HR processes and ensuring data integrity for a multibillion-dollar asset manager.

Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to enhance and maintain Workday HCM modules (Talent, Payroll for U.S., Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, and Reporting).

Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and validation rules to meet evolving business needs.

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support end-to-end HR and payroll processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and terminations.

Participate in Workday release management by assessing new features, coordinating testing, and implementing updates.

Support integrations between Workday and internal/external systems (benefits, finance, time tracking, etc.).

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with team members and functional partners.

Maintain documentation and promote data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

3+ years of experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday HCM modules, including hands experience with at least three of the following: Core HCM, Talent, Payroll for U.S., Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Reporting.

Strong understanding of Workday business processes, calculated fields, and security frameworks.

Experience developing and maintaining custom reports (advanced, composite, and matrix).

Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
