Workday HCM Implementation Consultant

As a Workday HCM Implementation Consultant, you will support Phase X deployments for clients already live on Workday. You will work with project teams to assist with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across the Talent lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support client workshops to gather and document business requirements for Phase X deployments
  • Assist with configuring Workday functionality under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Learn and apply Workday leading practices across Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning
  • Help document solutions, configurations, and client deliverables
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful delivery
  • Participate in training and internal initiatives to build Workday and consulting skills

Qualifications

  •   1–2+ years of Workday HCM experience, including implementation or Phase X support
  •   Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning preferred
  •   Familiarity with Workday configuration and implementation concepts
  •   Interest in Talent, Recruiting, or Learning processes
  •   Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  •   Clear written and verbal communication skills
  •   Curiosity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
  •   Bachelor’s degree preferred
