Workday HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workday HCM Consultant to join our team and support the development, integration, and optimization of Workday solutions. This role is critical to ensuring seamless HR operations and data-driven insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core Workday technologies and a strong understanding of data transformation and reporting within the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and manage EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data import/export.
  • Develop integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Implement and support RAAS (Report-as-a-Service) solutions.
  • Participate in CCB (Change Control Board) processes for Workday changes.
  • Create and maintain calculated fields for reporting and business logic.
  • Apply transformations to data for integrations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.  
  • 3+ years of experience working with Workday technologies.
  • Experience with private/public key encryption for secure integrations.
  • Experience with configuring security groups and domain security.
  • Familiarity with Workday Web Services and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of Workday's general data model. 
  • Exposure to Workday Extend for custom app development.
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Workday Cloud Platform.
  • Interest in Workday AI capabilities and applications.
  • Experience with AI technologies in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of UKG On-Premise and UKG Cloud (UKG WFM Pro) solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
