We are seeking a talented Workday Engineer to join our team and support the configuration, development, and integration of Workday HCM systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in Workday, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering innovative HR solutions in an agile environment.

Requirements

• • Configure, develop, and maintain Workday HCM modules and integrations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

  • Work across multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.

  • Participate in Workday integrations and ensure data flows smoothly between Workday and other enterprise systems.

  • Provide support for Workday business processes, core setup, and security framework.

  • Troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within the Workday system.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, interfaces, and data loading procedures.

  • Collaborate within an Agile development team, using tools like Jira to manage tasks and sprints.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of Workday HCM experience.

  • Workday Pro or Workday Certifications strongly preferred.

  • Solid expertise in at least three Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits).

  • Knowledge of Workday business processes, core setup, and security framework.

  • Familiarity with Workday integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures.

  • Attention to detail with a relentless commitment to follow-through.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to various audiences.

  • Strong expertise in cloud-based, multi-tenant systems.

  • Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to solution development.
