The role

As a Workato Developer, you will help streamline and scale business processes through application integrations and automation. You will design, build, and maintain Workato recipes that connect systems and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional partners to support and evolve our integration platform.

Where you’ll work

This position is open to U.S.-based candidates and offers flexibility to work remotely or from our offices in Dallas, TX, or Cleveland, OH.

What you'll be doing

  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain Workato recipes, taking on increasing ownership and complexity over time.

  • Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable integrations.

  • Implement integration designs and automation workflows aligned with business goals.

  • Configure and optimize Workato connectors, triggers, and actions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.

  • Maintain clear documentation for recipes, processes, and best practices.

  • Support the setup and maintenance of Shiftkey customer integrations.

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in integration, automation, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and authentication methods.

  • Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft.

  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.

  • Motivation to continuously learn and improve in integration and automation technologies.
