WordPress Website Developer (Freelance, Project-Based)
We are looking for a reliable WordPress Website Developer (Freelance, Project-Based) to support our team as a backup resource, handling WordPress projects as needed. This role is project-based, with compensation agreed upon according to the scope and complexity of each assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites on a project basis
- Build and customize WordPress pages using themes and page builders
- Customize existing themes and implement layout and content changes
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize website performance, stability, and basic security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve WordPress-related issues
- Manage updates, backups, and routine maintenance when required
- Follow provided guidelines, designs, and technical instructions
Our ideal candidate would have:
Requirements
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer
- Solid knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications
- Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timelines
