Wood Flooring Stacker

Parallel Employment is currently seeking a dedicated Wood Flooring Stacker to join our team. This role is crucial in the production of high-quality wood flooring, where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount. As a Wood Flooring Stacker, you will be responsible for stacking and organizing finished wood flooring products in preparation for shipping and storage. Your role will ensure that finished products are handled correctly to maintain quality standards.

1st shift - 7am- 4:30pm Monday - Friday (all hours on Friday are OT) $17.04 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Stack finished wood flooring products efficiently and accurately
• Inspect products for quality and defects before stacking
• Monitor work area for cleanliness and safety
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed
• Comply with all safety regulations and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
