Primary Job Duties:

  • Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting
  • Work with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companies
  • Works with third parties to obtain conditions
  • Reviewing and uploading file documentation into LOS
  • Accurately clear applicable loan conditions
  • Analyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documents
  • File follow-up and notation in accordance with policy
  • Ensure confidentiality of client files
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management
  • Successfully manages a minimum of 35 files at one time.
  • Maintain satisfactory file quality

 

 

Required Experience:

  • Previous mortgage processing experience required
  • Works well under pressure, and with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
  • Always demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
  • Demonstrates reliability and punctuality
  • Above average oral / written communication skills, customer service, and analytical skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Working in a growing and dynamic industry

  • Target base salary range is 50-60K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
  • In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via a monthly production bonus
