Accountabilities
Develop seasonal wholesale marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.

Lead go-to-market planning for seasonal launches.
Build strong relationships with key wholesale accounts.
Plan and execute co-op marketing initiatives.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for wholesale partners.
Manage US and Canadian marketing budgets.
Track campaign performance and measure ROI.
Oversee in-store marketing programs and retail events.
Support digital marketing initiatives to enhance omnichannel presence.
Ensure marketing assets meet brand standards.
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.
Monitor retail trends and consumer behavior.
Analyze sell-through data to refine future plans.
Partner with internal teams for alignment and timely execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in wholesale or retail marketing.
Strong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
