Help Enhance Global E-Commerce Search with Project Whetstone
We are working to improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of product search results for one of the world’s largest e-commerce retailers. As part of Project Whetstone, you will contribute directly to optimizing search experiences for millions of users worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about language understanding, online shopping behavior, and building responsible AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
-Evaluate and improve search-related data across three core use cases:
• Query Attribution
• Spellcheck Validation
• Query Search Relevance
-Review and label search queries to identify intent, correctness, and relevance.
-Follow clear project guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
-Work within the ADAP platform to submit high-quality judgments that help enhance global e-commerce search.
Key Requirements:
-Strong command of Spanish (Mexico) as a native speaker.
-Currently residing in Mexico.
-Good reading comprehension skills in English (project documentation may be in English).
-Ability to apply rules and examples consistently across different search scenarios.
-Additional Requirements:
-Stable and reliable internet connection.
-Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
-Ability to understand consumer search behavior and interpret intent accurately.
-Comfortable working with structured guidelines in an online annotation platform.
