Job Overview
The WhatsApp Marketing Personnel will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement through WhatsApp marketing initiatives. This role focuses on meeting defined WhatsApp sales targets, executing promotional campaigns, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. The position requires close collaboration with the Marketing, Graphics, and Local Sales teams to ensure campaign success and achievement of business goals.
Contract renewal or termination will be based strictly on performance appraisal at the end of the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Manage daily WhatsApp communication with prospects and customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Graphics teams to plan, schedule, and execute monthly promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with Local Sales teams to support and achieve targets for new customer sign-ups.
- Track, analyze, and report WhatsApp sales performance and campaign results regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure brand tone, messaging, and promotional materials are consistent with company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, response rates, and sales outcomes via WhatsApp.

Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, sales, or customer engagement preferred
