Hiive is seeking a West Coast Regional Director, Wealth Management to play a critical role in driving Hiive’s growth by sourcing, developing, and expanding relationships with the world’s most influential banks, wirehouses, family offices and RIAs, ultimately driving demand to our solutions. You will be on the front lines of sales execution, responsible for generating new business, presenting about our marketplace for private stock and fund offerings, and contributing directly to the growth of Hiive’s business. This is a high-output sales role, ideal for someone with strong prospecting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a drive to exceed revenue targets while building trusted client relationships.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy consistent with growth goals, driving the overall sales in the territory and expanding the firm's footprint across the West Coast Wealth Channel.
Building expertise in the secondary market for pre-IPO securities; understanding market dynamics, key participants, and the role of Hiive. Educating advisors on current and new alternative investment solutions, market conditions, and the firm's sophisticated marketplace offering.
Cultivate and Strengthen Advisor Relationships through high-quality interactions, proactive outreach, follow-up on new business, and superior service and support.
Effectively manage the assigned territory, tracking performance, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven approaches for improved results.
Maintain and leverage CRM (Salesforce) to track all sales activities, analyze data, and optimize engagement and outreach strategies.
Attend meetings, industry events, and conferences to meet potential clients and represent the firm.
Who You Are:
Consistently exceeded annual sales goals and targets quality client contacts, demonstrating sales leadership in new product launches and maintaining a diversified business mix.
Possesses a strong understanding of investment products and can proficiently communicate how complex investment solutions fit into an asset allocation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and mandatory FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
Persuasive sales professional with demonstrated success in developing deep client relationships combined with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and rapidly growing organization, demonstrating a strong interest in alternative investments and capital markets.
