About the Role:
Join one of the fastest-growing ServiceNow Consulting firms — REDE Consulting Services, where innovation meets impact. We’re expanding our ServiceNow IRM/GRC Practice and looking for talented developers passionate about Governance, Risk, and Compliance automation.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions, focusing on Compliance, Governance, and Environmental modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize and enhance existing IRM workflows and reports for enterprise clients.
• Work on real-world enterprise projects with international clients in regulated industries.
• Ensure best practices and continuous improvement across implementations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Compliance, Governance, Environmental).
• Strong understanding of Risk Frameworks, Control Management, and Policy Management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
• Relevant ServiceNow Certification is mandatory (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM/GRC).
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments and ITSM/CMDB integrations will be a plus.
• Experience of working in Finance or Insurance or Healthcare or Phara - will get preference
