Wellness Professional

• Primarily lead aquatic classes, ensuring safety and enjoyment for participants.
• Design, plan, and implement fitness and well-being programs tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents.
• Conduct exercise classes, including but not limited to strength training, balance exercises, aerobics
• Provide individual guidance and support to residents to ensure proper form, safety, and motivation during classes and exercise sessions for all residents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field, or credit hours toward a degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications or specialized training in senior fitness is preferred.
