Position Overview

The QA Assistant - Document Control will be responsible for managing document control processes and supporting product releases and pest control within the Quality Assurance (QA) department. This role will support the setup and maintenance of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Training Management Systems (TMS) to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. The position requires accurate recording of GMP staff health checks to ensure ongoing compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Document Control Management:  Maintain and manage document control procedures and workflows within the organization. 
  • Support Product Releases and Pest Control:  Assist in supporting the product release process by ensuring that all required documentation is in order. 
  • Support Setup of DMS and TMS Systems: Assist in the setup, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Document Management System (DMS) and Training Management System (TMS). 
  • GMP Staff Health Checks: Record and track the results of GMP staff health checks. 
  • Compliance Support: Ensure that all documentation and processes adhere to GMP, regulatory, and company standards. 
  • Communication and Reporting: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow in document control and quality assurance processes. 

 

Who We're Looking For

  • Education: DSE/F5 or above. 
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Clerk or in document control is an advantage. 
  • The candidate should possess a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations and document management systems is a plus. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality. 
  • Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and compliance
