We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77002.

Shifts available: 

-Saturday and sunday from 9pm-9am (nightshift)

Our mission is to bring peace of mind and order to our clients, employees and shareholders.

Responsibilities:

- Patrol pool area to keep residents and visitors from violating pool rules. 

-Perform access controls at gates. 
-Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
-Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
-Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
-Provide assistance to people in need.
-Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Skills:

-Customer service
-Familiarity with detailed report writing
-Excellent surveillance and observation skills
-Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
-Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II/Level III certificates.
-Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
