Your role at Hostinger   We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive growth across our website. In this role, you’ll uncover opportunities across the user journey and lead initiatives that improve the experience while delivering measurable business impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, UX design, CRO, SEO, marketing, data, and copy to optimize user journeys and deliver measurable business impact.   Curious to learn more?   • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across the Websites funnel
  • Optimize website performance and user journeys by analyzing behavioral data, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with CRO, SEO, product marketing managers, and other teams
  • Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs and opportunities, and translate insights into well-defined initiatives, improvements, and success metrics
  • Scope, prioritize, and drive website initiatives from discovery to delivery in collaboration with design, development, copy, and data teams
  • Maintain the websites roadmap, manage stakeholder requests, and plan sprint priorities aligned with roadmap goals and changing business needs
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Your skills and experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager working on user-facing digital products (web or frontend-focused)
  • Ability to independently identify problems, assess impact, and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery
  • Analytical skills and experience working with metrics, funnels and KPIs
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with developers, design, analytics, and business stakeholdersStrong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with data and task management tools, such as Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Tableau, Jira or similar
  • Data-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Compensation
  • Gross salary from 4300 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills
