About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation QA engineers.
- Own the QA process for our global website, ensuring high standards of quality across all localized versions.
- Define and continuously improve test strategies, plans, and processes for web testing (functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive, etc.).
- Coordinate and track testing efforts across multiple releases and projects.
- Ensure test coverage for a wide range of web features including content accuracy, navigation, performance, SEO standards, and localization.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, content managers, and project stakeholders to proactively address quality concerns.
- Review and enhance automation coverage; support the automation engineer in maintaining robust automated test suites.
- Manage defect tracking and drive resolution with development teams.
- Prepare and deliver QA status reports, metrics, and risk assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Website testing with 500+ pages that is available to external users.
- 5+ years of experience in software/web QA, including hands-on testing.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), CMS platforms, and responsive design principles.
- Experience managing both manual and automation testing.
- Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Knowledge of browser developer tools and ability to debug web issues.
- Experience with website localization testing, including multi-language and region-specific content.
- Understanding of accessibility, SEO, and performance testing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
