Role Overview

As a Specialist, Website Onboarding, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our service professionals (our Pros) to our website offerings. You bring great communication, attention to detail, and technical expertise to help better our team and improve the lives of our Pros.

What you do Each Day

  • Conduct live video onboarding calls with Pros to define business requirements, branding needs, and project milestones
  • Execute the end-to-end build and launch of Pro websites using established templates and design guidelines, ensuring mobile and tablet layouts are verified before publishing
  • Perform technical implementation tasks including domain configuration, digital security protocols, and third-party integrations
  • Optimize digital content for search engine visibility and accessibility to ensure maximum online reach for our Pros
  • Configure and test HCP platform integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between the Pro’s website and their business operations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of project stages and Pro interactions within our CRM
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of cases, prioritizing tasks to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) ensuring sites are published within defined timeframes
  • Perform quality assurance audits to ensure alignment with brand standards and technical requirements
  • Proactively communicate with Pros to resolve blockers, collect outstanding assets, and confirm sites are ready to go live

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or website design
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data formatting (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with Pros
  • Experience using communication and collaboration tools (i.e. Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $12,600-$14,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This is a full time contract role.
