We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Website & Digital Experience Manager to spearhead the transition to our new website and ensure its ongoing success. This role is crucial in delivering a seamless and engaging digital experience for our target audience, supporting our recent rebranding efforts, and driving lead generation. You will be the primary owner of our website ensuring it aligns with our brand strategy and business goals.

  • Website Management & Optimization:

    • Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

    • Identify and implement website improvements to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance.

    • Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.

    • Troubleshoot and fix website errors and bugs.

    • Create landing pages in the CMS system (if, once we decide to move from Hubspot)

  • Technical Integration & SEO:

    • Ensure seamless integration with marketing tools, including HubSpot, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.

    • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

    • Maintain website security and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

    • Set up analytics and tracking for the website

    • Manage blog performance

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams and HR to align website content and functionality with business objectives.

    • Communicate website performance and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in website management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), especially Statamic and wordPress

  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and SEO best practices.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with google search console.

  • Experience with debugging websites, and identifying improvement points.

  • A passion for the solar industry and sustainable technology is a plus.
