Website Content Manager ( Part-time)

This is a part -time, remote role for candidates based in Ukraine.

This job is for you if you are:

• Website Content Managed Focused:Passionate about managing, maintaining, and updating website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can manage complex tasks with ease.
• A Collaborative Team Player: Ready to work closely with production, marketing, and design teams to produce cohesive and impactful web content.

Responsibilities

Content Publishing: Manage the day-to-day uploading, editing, and scheduling of website content using HubSpot CMS, including generating and editing certificates for students.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.

CMS Management: Maintain the HubSpot CMS environment, ensuring it is utilized efficiently and stays up to date with the latest features and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly developed attention to detail.
• Experience in website content management is a plus, preferably with HubSpot CMS.
• Experience in working with website construction is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
