Job Title: Web Specialist

Lago is looking for a Web Specialist to join our fast-moving digital marketing agency. We help service businesses grow through high-quality websites, SEO, advertising, and automation. We value clear communication, efficiency, and excellence in every deliverable.

We’re also looking at hiring an Elementor/WordPress/Figma expert who can elevate website builds, collaborate with design and development teams, and take ownership of turning strategy into polished, conversion-ready websites.

Key Responsibilities

Build high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor based on approved Figma designs.
Translate Figma wireframes and mockups into responsive, clean, and modern layouts.
Manage updates, revisions, and content implementation across active client sites.
Execute SEO fundamentals, including metadata, headings, on-page formatting, image optimization, redirects, and plugin configuration.
Install and optimize SEO plugins such as Yoast, RankMath, or All-in-One SEO.
Maintain clean site architecture, proper use of theme builder templates, and reusable components.
Communicate clearly with account managers and clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
QA each site thoroughly before handoff, including mobile performance, accessibility basics, and page speed.
Collaborate closely with designers to maintain design integrity throughout builds.
Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve design or layout challenges.
Document work in a clear and organized manner..

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience with WordPress.
3+ years building websites in Elementor (Pro preferred).
Proven experience translating Figma designs into clean WordPress builds.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Experience with SEO plugins like Yoast, RankMath, or similar tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with a creative eye for layout and design.
Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Nice to Have

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with other page builders (Divi, Breakdance, Bricks).
Experience creating supporting assets such as graphics or simple design elements.
Familiarity with website hosting, staging environments, and domain/DNS management.
