RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare presentations and pre-sales proposals for prospective Xsolla clients
Run partner meetings and participate in/ facilitate workshops
Conduct performance analysis of partner integrations
Work with feedback from partners and sales team
Analyze live Web Shops and prepare growth plans based on findings
Examine game economies to adapt mechanics for the Web Shop channel
Develop and package successful case studies
Produce expert materials (articles, guides, talks) in cooperation with business development, marketing and other teams
Participate in the design and development of new Web Shop features
Research the Web Shop / gaming e-commerce market and competitors
Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base for repeatable solutions
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
3+ years in game development as a Game Designer / Product Owner / Analyst Strong F2P monetization / game economy expertise
Product analytics: ability to form hypotheses, define metrics, and quantify impact
Understanding of feature lifecycle and live-ops in games
Native/ Fluent English (partner calls and materials)
Knowledge of various marketing approaches and distribution channels to attract and retain users
Experience of interaction with Business Development specialists
Knowledge and understanding of the processes of selling digital products and in-game goods.
