 As Torrid’s Web Merchandise Coordinator, you will help deliver a seamless, accurate, and conversion-driven online shopping experience by supporting seasonal launches, promotions, and ongoing site updates. Through strong cross-functional partnership and attention to detail, this role ensures products are customer-ready, easy to shop, and launched on time.

What You'll Do:

  • Own daily product setup, approvals, and QA to ensure accurate, customer-ready launches
  • Execute and maintain product categorization, badges, and site attributes to support discoverability
  • Track SKU readiness and season code inventory using MVR; manage urgent items and launch priorities
  • Conduct ongoing QA of New Arrivals, sub-category pages, and live site content
  • Maintain featured shop, sub-brand, and promotional trackers, ensuring inventory and creative readiness
  • Proactively communicate launch risks, delays, or shifts to cross-functional partners
  • Partner with Merchants, Creative, Studio, Copy, and Retouching teams to ensure PDP accuracy across all attributes
  • Build, update, and maintain promotional sorts, nodes, and timelines within SFCC
  • Ensure customer-facing navigation and node naming is clear, consistent, and SEO/SEP-aligned
  • Organize and maintain the promotional library for ongoing and future campaigns
  • Monitor competitive promotional execution and identify optimization opportunities

 

What You'll Need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, web operations, or retail merchandising
  • Experience working in an e-commerce platform (SFCC preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Working knowledge of site merchandising principles, conversion, and the digital customer journey
