At Quento, we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Web Editor/Creator Content Editor to coordinate the digital content of the portal.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the digital content of the portal, including installation and support of websites.
• Develop, update, and set up new sections and modules, supporting mock-ups, tests, and user feedback.
• Liaise with technical solution providers and partners to coordinate implementation activities.
• Facilitate the creation and management of wikis or collaborative sites and support the adoption of social and collaborative solutions.
• Act as business continuity provider for the Portal Team’s Web Content Creator role.
• Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of websites and navigation methods and maintain a web procedure manual.
• Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s editorial style, tone, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
• Optimize content for web (SEO, readability, accessibility, UX best practices).
• Maintain and update website content management systems (CMS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor web analytics to evaluate content performance and recommend improvements.
• Proofread, fact-check, and edit submitted materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in editorial roles, preferably in digital publishing or web content management.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore).
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with HTML/CSS basics and web administration tasks.
• Familiarity with UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of collaborative platforms, wikis, or enterprise social tools.
• Background in working with technical providers or IT teams.
