Web Designer for a USA Medical Wellness Company (Remote)

We are hiring a Web/Graphic Designer based in LATAM to build a new brand’s website from scratch and support ongoing digital design needs. This role requires someone who can design in Figma and also implement the full build-out on WordPress + WooCommerce, including UI/UX, development, plugin setup, and supporting brand assets.

In addition to the website, this role will create landing pages, email templates, social media assets, graphic visuals, and basic brand identity elements.

Short-form video editing is a nice-to-have, not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a fully custom website from scratch on WordPress + WooCommerce, including design, development, and plugin setup.
• Create high-quality Figma UI/UX designs and implement them directly into the website.
• Design and develop landing pages aligned with brand goals.
• Produce a variety of digital assets, including graphics, email templates, social media assets, and basic brand identity elements.
• Ensure all web and design deliverables maintain a cohesive brand identity and modern UI/UX standards.
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine branding, layout, content structure, and user experience.
• (Bonus) Support short-form video editing projects when needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM.

• Resume must be in English (role requires bilingual communication).
• Proven experience designing in Figma and building websites directly (not just mockups).
• Strong experience with WordPress (required) and WooCommerce (preferred).
• Ability to handle both design + implementation, including plugins and basic development tasks.
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing relevant web and visual work.
• Ability to produce clean, modern UI/UX and brand-consistent digital assets.
• (Bonus) Experience with short-form video editing.

Additional Notes

• Short-form video editing is nice-to-have, not essential.
• A design assessment will be part of the hiring process.
