Web Designer & Digital Marketer (Figma - Webflow - Framer) - HCMC

This position is onsite at our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Why this role exists

Our marketing site is the first touchpoint for thousands of prospects each week. We’re looking for a Web Designer who can translate business goals into high-impact, high-converting pages—then ship them fast with no-code tools.

What you’ll do

40% - Design clean, on-brand web experiences in Figma—from wireframes to polished mock-ups and component libraries.

40% - Build & launch those designs in Webflow or Framer, leveraging their native CMS, interactions, and performance features.

10% - Optimize conversion: set up A/B tests, iterate on copy/layout, and analyze metrics (GA4, Hotjar) to grow demo sign-ups and trials.

10% - Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales on campaigns, landing pages, and content hubs that tell a compelling story.

Requirements

What you bring

• 3+ years designing and shipping marketing websites for SaaS or e-commerce.
• Mastery of Figma, plus production fluency in Webflow or Framer.
• Strong grasp of modern, minimal visual style, typography, spacing, and responsive best practices.
• Business mindset—comfortable reading funnel metrics, aligning design decisions with revenue goals, and presenting trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Hands-on CRO know-how: A/B testing, copy hierarchy, CTAs, and user-journey mapping.
• Familiarity with SEO basics, page-speed optimization, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2).
• Excellent written & verbal communication; ability to defend design rationale with data.

Bonus points

• Experience building gated-content workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS to tweak beyond no-code constraints.
