PNOĒ is one of the few companies globally with the know how to develop lab-grade cardio-metabolic analysers. For this position we’re looking for a detail-oriented Web & App Publishing Coordinator to manage our digital asset deployment and affiliate publishing operations.

Position Overview:
As our Web & App Publishing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of our web properties and mobile applications across multiple platforms and affiliates. This role combines technical execution with project coordination to ensure seamless publishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the publishing and updating of web properties and mobile applications for our core products and affiliate network
• Manage the end-to-end app submission process for iOS and Android platforms
• Maintain version control and documentation for all published assets
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, web hosting)
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to prepare assets for publication
• Monitor publication status and troubleshoot submission issues

Requirements

• Familiarity with app store submission processes (Apple App Store/Google Play Console)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of app store optimization techniques
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Webflow, Hubspot)
• Understanding of mobile app development workflows
