Wealth Relationship Manager - North Asia

Job responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of North Asia high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their wealth management needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and offering personalized advice on investment, insurance, and banking products.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the bank's wealth management products and services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to ensure their financial plans remain aligned with their objectives and market conditions.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and investment advisors, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the wealth management division.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong track record of managing North Asia high-net-worth clients.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
