Departmental Responsibilities

  • Perform operational duties on a rotational basis.
  • Operation of HF&VHF, GSM, Data, and web-based communications systems, using code words.

  • Work with the Team leaders on Implementing approved emergency plans and procedures.
  • Undertaking the handover of responsibility to oncoming Ops Coord personnel.
  • To complete relevant daily paperwork for multiple teams, liaising with clients and outside agencies.

  • Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent speaking, written English and Arabic.
  • English Language – Oral Comprehension -- The ability to listen to and understand information presented through spoken words and sentences. Speaking knowledge, structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, and the basic rules of composition.
  • Conversant in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, Picture manager and PDF.
  • Law and Legal Governance -- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, precedents, regulations, and executive orders.

  • Communication - Communicating with Supervisors, Peers - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, by radio, mobile phone or in person
  • Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others.
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships -- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
  • Worked with US or British Military in Iraq (Preferred)
  • Worked with Expat security company in Iraq (Preferred).

Requirements

Qualifications and Specialist Skills

  • Iraqi Nationality is required.
  • Minimum college educated with at least 5 qualifications or equivalent experience in specific role.
  • High level & Knowledge of all CR communications.
  • Experience in the use of CCTV and access control systems (preferred).

Competences

  • Good communication skills (verbal & writing) to enable him to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
  • Ability to travel and work as part of a team.
  • Strong team member.
  • Produce all Compliance documentation required for employment as stipulated by the Iraqi Ministry of Interior.
  • Pro-active.
