  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in WebLogic and Tomcat or JBoss operations.
  • Understanding and exposure to web servers such as IIS, iPlanet and Apache HTTP Server.
  • Understanding and exposure to Windows, and Linux.
  • Strong knowledge or experience for WebLogic/Tomcat Administration with expertise in Installation, Configuration, Tuning, troubleshooting and Deploying application.
  • Strong experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana for monitoring WAS environments.
  • Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Python or Shell scripting.
  • Experience in migration projects from WebLogic to Tomcat is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Kafka-based log pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience in Kubernetes or containerized environments is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective incident response capabilities across WAS platforms.
