Position Overview:  The Warehouse Technician at CleanSpark is responsible for managing and optimizing the logistics and inventory processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations. This role involves coordinating the movement of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.  **Hours may vary based on workload and delivery schedules. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and organize materials and products.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Track inventory using computer systems and perform regular audits.
  • Load and unload shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Experience with shipping/receiving and logistics.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Forklift certification may be required.
