You’re meticulous, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced warehouse. You quickly learn new systems, troubleshoot hardware issues, and reliably follow processes and documentation. You enjoy hands‑on problem solving, can lift and move equipment safely, and take pride in accurate tracking and preparation of every asset.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Identify hardware (CPU, RAM, drive type/model) and sort into workflows: Resale, Wholesale, Harvest, Recycle.
  • Perform cosmetic grading (A–D) and functional testing (keyboard, trackpad, ports, webcam). Record condition notes to support pricing.
  • Execute data sanitization to NIST standards and monitor wiping servers.
  • Carry out basic refurb and repairs (cleaning, battery changes, remove tags), harvest usable parts (RAM, SSDs, adapters).
  • Track inventory and perform cycle counts; pick, pack, and ship DTC and pallet freight with proper packing and manifests.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in computer repair with specific ITAD, electronics recycling, or reverse logistics exposure.
  • Strong hardware ID skills (laptop models, SSD/HDD types).
  • Experience grading used electronics for resale.
  • Comfortable with WMS, Windows & Apple devices, diagnostic tools, and data‑erasure software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when logging serials and conditions.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years warehouse experience.
