Warehouse Supervisor

TLDR

Lead logistics operations by overseeing daily warehouse processes, optimizing storage management, and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy within the SAP/ERP system.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Warehouse Supervisor to lead our logistics operations.

Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless production support.

Monitor and verify all daily product dispatches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure daily targets are met.

Conduct regular stock-taking and ensure 100% inventory accuracy within the SAP/ERP system.

Maintain and continuously improve the warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency.

Optimize storage management and internal logistics processes to reduce lead times.

Prepare and present detailed reports regarding warehouse performance, KPIs, and operational status.

Ensure the procurement and availability of all necessary equipment and materials required for warehouse activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with corporate and HSE standards.

Qualifications

University degree in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).

Minimum 4 years of experience specifically as a Warehouse field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong proficiency in SAP or other professional Warehouse ERP systems is a must.

Excellent command of English and Turkish (both written and verbal) for global reporting and coordination.

Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and supply chain operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills, team-oriented, and high decision-making capabilities.
