Warehouse Production Assistant

Link, a subsidiary of Clinigen, is privileged to offer an opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant within our specialized team. This role encompasses critical functions pivotal to the distribution of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, thereby contributing to the delivery of essential medicines to patients around the world.

Requirements

To be successful for this role, we’re seeking:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Warehousing and Distribution
• Demonstrated experience working in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Medical Device Industry
• A thorough working knowledge of GDP and GMP
• Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office and ERP
• Have a practical working knowing of handling cold chain, frozen products, controlled/dangerous goods
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
• Effective problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to address challenges proactively.
• Team-oriented mindset, maintaining a collaborative approach to work.
• A valid forklift license, along with certifications in dangerous goods handling and first aid, are considered advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills
• A motivated and driven team player

This position requires physical activity, including lifting and maneuvering boxes and pallets. As such, candidates must be physically capable of fulfilling the inherent demands of the role.
