The Planner is responsible for coordinating purchase order planning, production and work orders while actively supporting daily warehouse operations. This on-site role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory handling, and smooth execution of inbound and outbound activities. The position requires a hands-on planner with prior experience in planning or warehouse operations, capable of independently managing day-to-day planning tasks while supporting operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans for inbound and outbound activities.
- Manage, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely inbound deliveries.
- Maintain and update production and work order plans; proactively identify and escalate potential delays or bottleneck.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, Sales Support) to ensure effective execution of plans.
Warehouse Operations
- Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations as required, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with planning activities.
- Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite)
- Support reporting and analysis related to inventory, inbound performance, and planning adherence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inbound and outbound warehouse processes
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics best practices
Education and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and supply chain, Business administration or Engineering
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Detail-oriented and structured working style
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work full-time on-site in an operational environment
- Ability to work independently on routine planning and coordination tasks.
- Practical experience working with ERP/WMS systems in a live operational environment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset
- Team player with a hands-on attitude
- Strong coordination and planning skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Tableau or Power BI)
