Warehouse Operator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic Logistics team in Brisbane. In this key role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of a highly regulated warehouse environment, ensuring stock is received, stored, handled and dispatched in line with strict compliance requirements.

You'll play a critical part in maintaining TGA and State Health Department licensing standards, contributing to the safe handling of governed consumables and delivering exceptional accuracy in all warehousing activities.

• Receiving incoming stock, picking and preparing goods for dispatch, and loading/unloading vehicles
• Following SOP's to ensure safe and compliant operations
• Performing general warehouse duties including cleaning, equipment use, and basic admin tasks
• Upholding occupational health and safety standards to ensure a safe workplace
• Supporting the execution of Montu and Alternaleaf’s broader warehouse strategy
• Maintaining peak warehouse performance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Performing other duties as required to support the team

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to following work health and safety procedures
• Excellent reading and numeracy skills
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
• Comfortable with the demands of manual picking
• Small batch nature & bulk pick experience
• Physically fit – able to repeatedly bend, lift, twist and push items up to 20kg without assistance
• Experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment is highly regarded
