Argenta, Fort Dodge is currently looking to fill a Warehouse Operator role at our Fort Dodge, IA location.


The Warehouse Operator position is an opportunity for motivated, driven individuals to showcase their ability to multitask and work as a team.


The Warehouse Operator adds value through the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Coordinates with Supply Chain with regards to incoming deliveries and supplies as well as dispatch of finished goods
  • Ensures accuracy of product inventory against inventory software
  • Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper department on a daily basis


Warehouse Operator requirements:

  • High school diploma or experience in a related field
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse and/or label control
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Possesses a general understanding of GMP regulations
  • A good understanding of factory processes and technology
  • Conform to all health and safety procedures and policies
  • Requires excellent written, communication and organizational skills
  • Mechanical skills and be able to perform minor trouble shooting
  • Detail Oriented
  • Be able to follow written directions of batch records, protocols, company policies, good manufacturing practices, and SOP’s
