Job Summary:
We are seeking three new team members, to join our Distribution hub in Dublin, Ireland! This team is responsible for the intake and distribution of pharmaceutical products. This role involves maintaining accurate stock control in line with departmental procedures, while delivering a high standard of service to both internal and external customers.

Working Pattern:
This is a full-time position across five days, Monday to Friday, with a split shift pattern between 08:00 and 18:30.

Requirements

• Assist with the receipt, checking, rotation, and accurate recording of pharmaceutical stock to ensure availability and compliance with GDP standards.
• Support the picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery with all required documentation.
• Adhere to all SOPs, GDP guidelines, and site safety procedures including PPE use, cleaning standards, and pest control.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet delivery specifications and maintain service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, complete administrative duties, and support audits by ensuring the site meets HPRA and Health & Safety requirements.
• Monitor and report stock discrepancies, damages, and stock-out situations promptly to support root cause analysis and resolution.
